Gobhi paratha

Ingredient list
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 tsp. grated ginger
- 1 tsp.garam masala
- 2 cups Wheat flour
- 2 green chilies
- ½ onion finely chopped
- bunch of coriander
- 1 tsp chilly powder
- Oil-1 tsp.
Preparation
- Grate cauliflower & cut onion, green chilies all together.
- Add chilly powder, and garam masala, mix onion, chillies, grated ginger in to a grated cauliflower & mix well.
- knead the dough using water and salt to the wheat flour
- Make lemon size balls of dough and slightly flatten them and keep little mixture in middle.
- Rolls into 1-inch thick bread (paratha) and roast on tawa smearing oil on both sides.
