Take a bowl and add rava, wheat flour, besan mix well
Now add ginger, chilli, til, haldi, jeera, sugar, ajwain, hing, baking soda, corriander, oil, lemon and salt to taste, and mix it well..
Take a Idli cooker..Add water and boil it…Fill the idli Pan with batter then properly set it…put in Idli cooker or in a deep vessel…and Cover it for 15-20min.
