Ingredient list
- 100 gm boondi
- 250 gm yoghurt
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
- coriander leaves chopped
- Salt and red chilies according to taste
Preparation
- Add salt to the yoghurt and beat well.
- Mix the boondi and stir well and keep in the refrigerator.
- Sprinkle with cumin powder and serve cold
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
Notes
- For boondi, You can use the ready-made variety available in the store
- Or make your own by mixing gram flour, small amount of water and stirring rigorously add salt and chili powder also
- Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed pan. using perforated spoon with round holes, pour the batter into the oil,
- Use a little of batter at a time.
