Ingredient list
- 150 gm paneer
- 1 liter milk
- 100g sugar
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- cashew nuts, cherries, raisins for decoration
Preparation
- Boil milk in a pan until the milk thickens.
- Add sugar, cardamom powder to the milk and boil until the milk get thickens.
- Grate the paneer, then add grated paneer into a milk and cook until they are tender.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Decorate with kishmish, almonds, cashews and cherries.
