Brussels sprouts fry
Ingredient list
- 7-9 brussels sprouts
- Urad (black gram lentil) dal
- Channa dal
- Mustard seeds
- 1-2 green chilies
- Powdered coconut
Preparation
- Cut Brussels sprouts into small nice piece and keep aside.
- Take 2-3 tsp oil and warm the oil.
- Then add mustard seeds, Channa dal and urad dal and let them fry till they are brown.
- Then add cut green chilies.
- Then add the finest cut Brussels sprouts and fry for about 15 minutes (until it is done. Does not take long to cook).
- Once done, add salt and powdered coconut
