Brussels sprouts fry

Ingredient list

  • 7-9 brussels sprouts
  • Urad (black gram lentil) dal
  • Channa dal
  • Mustard seeds
  • 1-2 green chilies
  • Powdered coconut

Preparation

  • Cut Brussels sprouts into small nice piece and keep aside.
  • Take 2-3 tsp oil and warm the oil.
  • Then add mustard seeds, Channa dal and urad dal and let them fry till they are brown.
  • Then add cut green chilies.
  • Then add the finest cut Brussels sprouts and fry for about 15 minutes (until it is done. Does not take long to cook).
  • Once done, add salt and powdered coconut
