Paneer Bhurji
Ingredient list
- 1½ cup grated paneer/cottage cheese
- 1½ cup tomatoes chopped Finely
- 1 onion, chopped finely
- 1 capsicum chopped finely
- 1tbsp - chili ginger paste
- 2tbsp - coarsely ground cashew nuts, optional
- 1tsp - chili powder
- 1tsp - garam masala powder
- ½ tsp - sugar
- 2tbsp - oil or butter
Salt to taste
Preparation
- Heat oil and add chili-ginger paste and sauté, now add onions saute till golden then capsicum and mix well.
- Add tomatoes, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add paneer, chili powder, salt, sugar and cashew nuts.
- Mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. serve hot with roti or paratha.
