Ingredient list
1 cup plain flour
1 tbsp. oil
1 cup gram flour
1 tsp. red chili powder
1 tsp. turmeric powder
pinches of asafetida
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp. coriander finely chopped
1 cut green chillies
oil / Clarified butter for making the parantha
Preparation
First knead the flour.
For the stuffing:
Mix the gram flour, chili powder, turmeric powder, asafetida, cumin seeds, cut green chillies & coriander leaves.
Take a lump of dough ,Roll, spread oil on the chapati and sprinkle some filling over it.
Tightly close from all the sides , Press and reroll to full size.
Now cook on a tava (Griddle) with Ghee (clarified butter) until light brown and serve hot.
Notes
Serve with yoghurt/green chutney
