Knead the flour, add enough water to make a dough.
Mix paneer with all the other dry ingredients together.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a shape of puri and spread the paneer filling over it.
Now seal the edges nicely and sprinkle a little flour and roll the paratha in a round shape.
Grease a tava (griddle) with oil(clarified butter) & place the paratha over it, when done on one side turn on the other side and apply oil(clarified butter) again and fry properly till both sides turn golden colored
