Ingredient list

  • 100 gm boondi
  • 250 gm yoghurt
  • 1 tsp. cumin powder
  • coriander leaves chopped
  • Salt and red chilies according to taste

Preparation

  • Add salt to the yoghurt and beat well.
  • Mix the boondi and stir  well and keep in the refrigerator.
  • Sprinkle with cumin powder and serve cold
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves

Notes

  • For boondi, You can use the ready-made variety available in the store
  • Or make your own by mixing gram flour, small amount of water and stirring rigorously add salt and chili powder also
  • Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed pan. using perforated spoon with round holes, pour the batter into the oil,
  • Use a little of batter at a time.
