Ingredient list

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 tsp. grated ginger
  • 1 tsp.garam masala
  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • 2 green chilies
  • ½ onion finely chopped
  • bunch of coriander
  • 1 tsp chilly powder
  • Oil-1 tsp.

Preparation

  • Grate cauliflower & cut onion, green chilies all together.
  • Add chilly powder, and garam masala, mix onion, chillies, grated ginger in to a grated cauliflower & mix well.
  • knead the dough using water and salt to the wheat flour 
  • Make lemon size balls of dough and slightly flatten them and keep little mixture in middle.
  • Rolls into 1-inch thick bread (paratha) and roast on tawa smearing oil on both sides.
