Ingredient list

  • 150 gm paneer
  • 1 liter milk
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • cashew nuts, cherries, raisins for decoration

Preparation

  • Boil milk in a pan until the milk thickens.
  • Add sugar, cardamom powder to the milk and boil until the milk get thickens.
  • Grate the paneer, then add grated paneer into a milk and cook until they are tender.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • Decorate with kishmish, almonds, cashews and cherries.
